Basic Flute Repair Workshop (Online) - July 6th, 2020
Come learn the basics of flute repair! This workshop will guide you through terminology, flute mechanism and basic repairs.
You will need:
1) A student model flute (or one that you feel comfortable taking apart!)
2) A small screwdriver
3) A flat and study surface
4) Paper towels
5) A well lit space with plenty of elbow room
6) A Zoom account
RECOMMENDED: a padded surface for your desk/table. I use a faux leather desk protector; a microfibre towel folded up a couple of times could work. Please ensure that it is lint free and can lie fairly flat.
